Regular describes sex expression, not potency or flowering speed. A regular seed lot can produce male and female plants; which ones appear is not decided by the word on the pack.

Regular seeds remain useful for breeding and preservation because they retain the possibility of both sexes. The label tells you nothing by itself about cannabinoid content or whether the line is photoperiod or autoflowering.
