How it got here.
Sensi Seeds named this line for Jack Herer, the American cannabis activist and author. Its founder Ben Dronkers knew Herer personally; the company describes the seed line as a tribute to that friendship and to Herer's advocacy.
After years of breeding, Sensi unveiled Jack Herer in 1994 at the Cannabis Castle in the Netherlands, with Herer present. The company describes Haze, Northern Lights #5 and Shiva Skunk in the line's background. This is the breeder's account of its own cultivar, not a genetic certificate for every later product carrying the name.
Jack Herer Regular can produce male or female plants. Sensi emphasizes variation among phenotypes: some lean tall and airy, while others stay denser and more compact. That variation is part of the story, rather than an error in the listing.
